OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT increase your chances of winning. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects.

1. SPONSOR & ADMINISTRATOR

Sponsor: Green Spark LLC d/b/a Highsman, 289 Silkwood Dr, Canton, NC 28716.

Administrator: Self-administered by Sponsor.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States & D.C. who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees (and their immediate families/household members) of Sponsor and Promotion Parties are NOT eligible.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

Begins June 15, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends January 15th, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

Draw Date: January 18th, 2026.

4. HOW TO ENTER

1. 1. Visit the Giveaway landing page during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. 3. Click “Enter to Win”.

Limit: One (1) entry per person/email/household, earned upon signup to the Team Highsman Budtender or Consumer Loyalty Program. Additional entries may be earned through participation in the loyalty program and other incentives as specified or decided by Green Spark Inc DBA Highsman at its sole discretion. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. PRIZE DETAILS

One (1) Grand-Prize Trip Package for winner + one guest, consisting of:

- Round-trip economy flights (USA departure city) ARV $1800

- Three (3) nights in a 3-4 star hotel (double occupancy) ARV $900

- Entry for two to VIP events with Ricky Williams and a Highsman team member for an insider experience. Subject to availability not currently known. 

- A contribution toward tickets to the Superbowl of $2,000 if such tickets can be acquired and if not available a spending allowance of $2000 will be provided to the winner. ARV $2000

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,700 USD.

No cash substitution. Prize is non-transferable. Winner responsible for all taxes and expenses not expressly included above.

6. RANDOM DRAWING & ODDS

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 21, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within seven (7) days of the drawing. Winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours to claim the prize and may be required to sign and return:

- Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability Release

- Publicity Release (where permitted)

- Completed IRS Form W-9

Failure to timely respond or complete required documentation may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

8. RELEASE & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Promotion Parties, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt, or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost/delayed entries, technical malfunctions, or any condition beyond its control.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

- All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs/expenses not specifically provided herein are the sole responsibility of winner.

- No refund or compensation for declined portion(s) of prize.

- Prize details subject to change at Sponsor’s discretion.

- Void where prohibited.

- Entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules, which are final and binding.

10. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW

Any dispute shall be resolved individually without resort to class action. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to choice of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Buncombe County, North Carolina.

11. PRIVACY

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy [link]. Winner’s name may be posted publicly or made available upon request.

12. WINNERS’ LIST

For a copy of the winner’s name (available after February 15, 2026), send a stamped, self-addressed envelope postmarked by March 1, 2026 to:
